These delicious pastries were cooked in the large stone oven in the background. Thankfully, we got to have a few samples while they were hot and fresh.
This baby alpaca got to chill outside the fenced area. Although there were dozens of people and children around (including us tourists) she just calmly remained in her position while I snapped a few quick photos. Definitely the cutest animal I saw on this whole trip!
As part of our tour with G Adventures, we visited one of the local villages that produced different woven fabrics and unique dyes and crafts. It was neat to visit the different areas to see the creation of the fabric, the dyes, and the final woven products.
