Once we got back to Cusco after hiking the Inca Trail, the street goats seemed to have more respect for us. This guy was sporting the local colors and looking quite handsome waiting on the sidewalk.

Twin Llamas at Machu Picchu
These twin llamas were happily sitting and chatting the afternoon away, while hundreds of strange creatures milled about them.

As hundreds of tourists walked and explored in many directions, there were several wild animals meandering about snacking on grass or lying down for a rest. I was about six feet from this big guy and he did not seem to mind (let alone notice) me at all. More intricate tiered stonework in the background.
